Nature, environment and water
The Rural Development programme for the Netherlands 2014-2020 (POP3) expresses the ambition of the Netherlands for the development of the countryside. The programme encourages the development of agricultural production methods that are more environmentally friendly, while keeping agriculture competitive. In addition, POP3 contributes to international goals in the field of nature, environment and water.
Not just for agricultural companies
Depending on the objectives of the specific sub-programmes, (agro) companies, agricultural and landscape organisations, foundations, governments and partnerships may be eligible for a contribution. The conditions and goals differ per sub-programme.
Contribution between 40% and 100%!
Applications for most of the measures can be submitted to the provinces. The maximum contribution also differs per measure and varies roughly from 40-100% of the eligible costs.
