Each province has its own Human Capital Agenda

The provincial Human Capital Agendas (HCAs) of the provinces all have their own objectives, but have one thing in common: they focus on a better match between supply and demand in the labor market.

Difference in focus among provinces

In one province, the focus is on technical employees, while another province is making plans to meet the growing demand for IT professionals. And there are areas with a relatively large number of low-skilled residents, where the focus can be on further training courses.
